This two-component product is mainly composed of partially hydrolyzed alkyl silicate solution, superfine metal powder, pigments, additives and solvents, etc.It has the following characteristics:

E06-500 Inorganic Heat-resistant Primer Instructions For Use


Substrate Treatment:

The surface to be coated shall be clean, dry and free from contaminations. Also, the surface shall be evaluated and handled according to ISO8504 standard.

Bare steel: sandblasting to Sa2.5(IOS8501-1:2007). For the non-soaking site, acceptable for power tool grinding, but at least reach St2(IOS8501-1:2007).

Instructions for Use:

  • Mixing:

Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you to mix the paint well. The mixture was cured for 30 minutes no less than 10 ℃, while 15minutes over 10 ℃.

  • Mixing ratio:

Part A: Part B= 30:3(by weight)

  • Thinner:

Exclusive thinner for Inorganic Heat-resistant Paint

  • Airless spray:

Nozzle tip: 0.025~0.031 inches

Spray pressure: 18~28Mpa

Thinner ratio: 5~15% (by weight of paint)

  • BrushRoller:

Recommended for small areas only.  Must achieve required thickness.

  • Roller coater

Not recommended.
