Anti Corrosion Primer Coating System

How to apply anti-corrosion coatings? Please follow the steps below to achieve a flawless finish using YMS anti-corrosion coatings.

Anti Corrosion Primer

1. Thoroughly stir the Anti Corrosion Primer before application.
2. Apply the first coat of primer evenly on the pre-treated (cleaned, sanded, repaired) substrate surface using a roller, brush, or airless spraying equipment.
3. To enhance rust resistance, anti-corrosion performance and coating adhesion, apply the second coat evenly in the same manner after the first coat has completely dried.

Epoxy Mica Iron Oxide Intermediate Paint

4. Apply Epoxy Mica Iron Oxide Intermediate Paint evenly on dried primer with airless sprayer, roller or brush; keep steady speed for consistent thickness, full coverage and no misses.
5. For better anti-permeability and mechanical strength, apply the second coat the same way after the first dries completely.

Acrylic Polyurethane paint

6. Mix base component and curing agent per product ratio, stir thoroughly with a mixer until uniform, then stand for curing. Adjust viscosity with matching thinner if needed.
7. Apply on fully dried intermediate coat via airless spraying, roller or brush; ensure even coverage and 30-40μm dry film thickness.
8. Apply the second coat the same way after the first dries completely.
9. Let the paint cure naturally in a clean, well-ventilated area post-application.
