Substrate Treatment：

Cement Substrates (Concrete/Mortar):

New Surfaces: Ensure compressive strength ≥ C25 (surface ≥ 20 MPa). Mechanically abrade with 50 - 100 mesh discs to remove laitance, creating a rough texture for adhesion. Repair pits/cracks with epoxy putty.

Cleaning: Degrease with acetone or cleaner. Vacuum dust post - grinding, then wipe with acetone/water.

Special epoxy floor thinner

• Application (Trowel/Scraper):

Trowel size: 3 - 5mm serrated trowel for 2 - 3mm dry film thickness.
Spreading rate: ~0.8 - 1.2kg/m² (varies by thickness).
Must ensure even troweling to reach required film thickness.

• Curing:

At 25℃, initial cure in 24h (walkable), full cure in 7d. Adjust time for temperature changes (add 50% per 10℃ drop).
