Substrate Treatment：

The quality of the water slurry and concrete base to be painted shall conform to JGJ73-91 Code for Construction and Evaluation of Building Decoration. The surface of the base must be clean, dry and firm, free from oil or other dirt with its PI value less than 10. If there is remaining coating on the wall, the loose, peeling and powdered parts should be removed and polished with sandpaper. If there is mildew, wash it with hot water adding 25% bleaching agent, keep the water on the surface for 10min, then wash it thoroughly with clear water, dry it for 48hours before painting. The pitted surface and gap shall be repaired with our exclusive putty for architectural paint. The treated wall shall be painted as soon as possible to avoid re-pollution.

According to the decoration requirements, the construction process can be divided into monochrome main coating construction and composite main coating construction.

For monochrome main coating construction, if full spraying and spot spraying methods are combined, special double headed or three headed spray guns should be adopted.

For composite main coating construction, special double headed or three headed spray gun can also be applied.  Different diameters of nozzles and inlet pressure of hoppers should be selected according to the matched colors.
