Acrylic Floor Paint Instructions For Use

Substrate Treatment：

All surface to be coated shall be clean and dry. Remove grease, dust, loose cement layer and other contaminants on concrete substrate. The surface shall be evaluated and treated before coating. For new concrete, cure for at least 28 days, moisture content of substrate ≤8%. For old concrete, polish the loose and powdery area thoroughly. For surfaces with old coatings, remove blistered and peeling paint; remaining old coating must be firmly bonded to substrate.

Instructions for Use:

Mixing：

Stir the coating thoroughly with a power mixer before use. This is single-component product, no hardener required. 

Thinner: Clean water 

Airless spray: 

Nozzle tip: 0.015~0.021 inches 

Spray pressure: 12~16 Mpa 

Thinner ratio: 0~10% (by weight of paint) 

Brush, Roller: Recommended. Must achieve required thickness
