Substrate Treatment：

All road surface to be marked shall be clean and dry. Remove dust, oil, loose debris and old coatings.

For asphalt and concrete pavement, the surface shall be free of contamination and fully dry before application. The pavement temperature shall be above 10℃.

Application: 

Screed marking machine: Application temperature: 180~200℃, max. not exceed 230℃ Dry film thickness:1.5~2.5 mm Drop-on glass beads: 0.3~0.4 kg/㎡

Brush, Screed: 

Recommended. Must achieve required thickness.
