This product is composed of  film-forming solution and conversion solution. Film-forming solution contains epoxy resin, butyral resin, anti-rust pigment, plasticizer auxiliaries and organic solvent while conversion solution contains phosphate, auxiliaries, and organic solvent.It has the following resistance characteristics:

Instructions for Use:

• Mixing:

Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well.

• Thinner:

Exclusive thinner

• Airless spray：

Nozzle tip: 0.025~0.031 inches

Spray pressure: 18~28Mpa

Thinner ratio: 5~15% (by weight of paint)

• Brush, Roller：

Recommended for small areas only.  Must achieve required thickness
