Heat resistance paint K210

K210 is new JB formula that comprises a fibre-reinforced, MIO-pigmented inorganic co-polymer formulation. When cured, it develops an inert polymer matrix that resists thermal extremes up to 650°C , thermal shock, and repeated thermal cycling in both dry and dry/wet service scenarios. It features great properties as：

Heat resistance paint K210 Instructions For Use

Substrate Treatment：

All surface shall be clean, dry and free from any contaminations to achieve long lasting function. 

• Primed surfaces Minimum surface preparation is Hand clean to St2.5. Remove all oil and grease from surface. 

• Primed surfaces The primer surface should be dry and free from all contaminations. If paint is peeling or badly weathered, clean surface to sound substrate and treat as a new surface as above. 

• Concrete and masonry Surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and dry.

Instructions for Use:

Mixing：

Mix part A and part B as 20KG:0.5KG by weight. Slowly add part B into part A and ensure mixed completely. The mix ratio maybe change depend on raw material.

• Thinner:

Thinner ≤ 5 % w./w.

Cleaner: 

X-18 Thinner. 

Application methods: Airless spray (recommended)：

Nozzle pressure: 175 bar [2500 psi] Nozzle orifice: 0.017-0.021
