Substrate Treatment:
All surface to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
Surface painted coatings: apply only to clean, dry and good compatible primer.
Instructions for Use:
Mixing:
Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then add the hardener and stir until it is well mixed.
Mixing ratio:
Part A: Part B= 20:4 (by weight)
Thinner:
Acrylic polyurethane thinner
Airless spray:
Nozzle tip: 0.017~0.023 inches
Spray pressure: 15~18Mpa
Thinner ratio: 0~15% (by weight of paint)
Brush、Roller:
Recommended Must achieve required thickness
