This product is a two-component coating composed of hydroxyl resin, curing agent, pigments, fillers, thickeners, additives and solvents. It has the following resistance characteristics:

  • Solid and wear-resistant

  • Oil-resistant

  • Seawater-resistant

  • Resistance to acids and alkalis

  • Weather resistance

Polyurethane Anti-corrosive Finish Instructions For Use



Substrate Treatment:

All surface to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.

For bare steel, it shall be sandblasted to reach Sa2.5(iso8501-1:2007) standard. Depending on the environment of the non-immersed part, grinding with power tools is acceptable but shall at least reach St2(iso8501-1:2007) standard.

For shop primed steel, the shop primer shall be clean, dry and approved.

For surface painted coatings, this product can apply only to clean, dry and good compatible primer.

Instructions for Use:

  • Mixing:

Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well.

  • Mixing ratio:

Part A: Part B=20:4(by weight)

  • Thinner:

Polyurethane thinner

  • Airless spray:

Nozzle tip: 0.017~0.023 inches

Spray pressure: 15~18Mpa

Thinner ratio: 5~15% (by weight of paint)

  • BrushRoller:

Recommended

Must achieve required thickness
