Epoxy Mica Iron Oxide Intermediate Paint Instructions For Use


Substrate Treatment:

An effective moisture-proof layer should be set under the concrete base where there is a potential moisture hazard, and it should comply with relevant national acceptance standards; New concrete floors must be maintained for more than 28 days; Concrete base compressive strength ≥25MPa, tensile bond strength ≥1.5MPa, moisture content ≤6%, flatness ≤3mm/2m; Use dust-free mechanical grinding or shot blasting machine to remove cement slurry, old coating, wax stains and other pollutants and impurities on the concrete surface until a suitable roughness, solid, clean, dry concrete surface or intact compatible base surface is obtained.

Instructions for Use:

  • Mixing:

First, mix component A , component B , and component D in proportion , stir mechanically for 3 minutes until they are uniform , then add component C (aggregate), and stir mechanically for 3 minutes until they are uniform

  • Thinner:

Do not add diluent

  • Airless spray:

Base construction: Scraping - use a 2~3mm trowel for scraping ; Grinding: Grind the entire surface about 24 hours after the base material is applied (resin grinding discs are recommended) and remove dust; Surface construction: Scraping - Use a 2~3mm trowel for scraping and immediately use a defoaming roller to defoam.
